If for any reason or no reason at all within 3 months of the date you received the TV ads you wish to return the chiropractic marketing system, you will promptly be refunded the full purchase price (less S & H charges). For example, if you purchased the commercials on July 15th, you'd be able to 'test drive' the commercials without obligation until October 14th -- NO RISK. Advertising costs will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds for Custom Voice Overs ($125 - to speak your name & web address in your ad). Additionally, if you request any changes to the spot (other than 800# or web address) your guarantee will be VOID. Pre-tested commercials are our "stock" ads. If you change the ad, the REVISED ad has not been "tested" and therefore we cannot guarantee your results.

To make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible please follow the two (2) simple steps below:

• Obtain a Return Authorization Number from our office so your refund can be issued promptly.





• Although this probably sounds quite obvious, in order to process your refund, please make sure the package you are returning includes ALL parts of the ordered product; tapes, CD’s, manual, forms, bonus materials, etc.

To receive a Return Authorization Number:

Simply send an email or fax (contact info below) to request a Return Authorization Number and an address to ship back your returned item(s) to. You’ll receive an email with instructions where to send the return.

Return all products in useable condition. Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within 10 business days for the full purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Your refund payment will be issued in the same form as your original payment was received (Example- If you paid by credit card, your refund will only be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase).
